Wish erscheint zum 30. Jubiläum in einer neu gemasterten Ausgabe. Für das frische Mastering kümmerte sich Robert Smith gemeinsam mit Miles Showell in den Abbey Road Studios um den Klang des Albums.

Das neunte Studioalbum von The Cure zählt bis heute zu den erfolgreichsten Veröffentlichungen der englischen Band. Es erreichte hohe Chartplatzierungen in Deutschland, Großbritannien und den USA und hielt sich über mehrere Wochen in den Hitlisten.
